- Free Shipping
Shipping is free within the US and Canada. Most packages will be shipped
within one business day. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery to west
coast destinations and up to 7 business days for east coast destinations. Canadian packages
may take up to three weeks for delivery. Other international delivery is
available for the following costs: $15 for First Class Air Mail, $50 for
express delivery (2 to 4 days).

We can ship fragrances overnight via UPS for an additional $25 per
shipment.

- Free Gift Wrapping
We offer free gift wrapping with every item you purchase (except
samples). Just type "giftwrap"
in the comments section of the order form.
- Returns
If you need to return a purchase, you may do so within 15 days of the order date. Late
returns are not accepted. Opened or used items cannot be returned,
credit will not be issued if we determine the bottle has been used. You
must email us or call us to obtain a return confirmation number before
returning a product. Note: You must ship the item within 15 days, not obtain
a confirmation number within 15 days. There is a $6.00 re-stocking fee on all returns,
this covers our shipping and processing costs. Please pack the product
well in order to avoid damage in transit and
include a note indicating order date, your full name and address and telephone number
along with your return. Do not send any parcel via certified or registered mail, insure

- Order never received
We strive to ship items accurately for almost every product on our Web
site. Almost all items are shipped within one business day unless the item
is out of stock, the delivery address and billing address are different,
or if there are mistakes or discrepancies in the order. If you have
not received your order after a 14 day time frame, please
email us and contact one of our
customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your
package and resolve this issue. Please note: Items shipped to
international destinations can not be tracked and may take as long as 30
business days to complete delivery.
- Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on merchandise you purchase from Parfums Raffy, except for
merchandise delivered to California (8.25%)
- Fraudulent orders and Credit Card Fraud:
We work with both state and federal law enforcement in EVERY
instance of credit card fraud.
