Free Shipping for US orders over $75
Shipping is free within the US for orders over $75. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery to west coast destinations and up to 10 business days for east coast destinations. Canadian packages may take up to five weeks for delivery. Other international delivery is available for the following costs: $18 for First Class Air Mail, $80 for express international delivery (10 to 15 days). Any possible import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Although most packages are not taxed we cannot guarantee that your order will not be taxed.
Delivery address changes: If the shipping address for a UPS package is changed after shipping the following additional UPS charges will apply: UPS Charges

If you need to return an unopened purchase, you may do so within 30 days of the order date. Late returns are NOT accepted. Opened or used items cannot be returned, credit will not be issued if we determine the bottle has been used or opened. You must email us or call us to obtain a return confirmation number before returning a product. Note: You must ship the item within 30 days, not obtain a confirmation number within 30 days. There is re-stocking fee of 10% or $12.00 (whichever is greater) on all domestic returns, this covers our shipping and processing costs. International returns are subject to a 10% or $30 return fee as shipping costs are higher. Refused UPS packages will be subject to ALL UPS costs including the cost of shipping the package and for the return, whatever the cost may be. Please pack the product well in order to avoid damage in transit and include a note indicating order date, your full name and address and telephone number along with your return. Order never received
We strive to ship items accurately for every product on our Web site. Almost all items are shipped within one business day unless the item is out of stock, the delivery address and billing address are different, or if there are mistakes or discrepancies in the order. If you have not received your order after a 14 day time frame, please email us using our contact us page to contact one of our customer service representatives, so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue. Please note: Items shipped to international destinations can not be tracked in some countries and may take as long as 30 - 45 business days to complete delivery. International shipments are currently experiencing severe delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please allow significantly more time for international shipments at this time.
We do not charge sales tax on merchandise you purchase from Parfums Raffy online perfume store, except for merchandise delivered to California (9.5%)
